"The rooms are clean and nice with a pretty big private balcony. The owner always makes you feel at home and he is very helpful in case of need (that's not common). The breakfast is composed of a pretty big selection of already made biscuits and snacks. My room had a very narrow and small bathroom but other rooms have more space. If you are planning a short and cost effective stay in Pescara, I suggest this place."
